Are you sick and tired of the BIKINI READY Fitness Series? Where you have to already be a size 0 to even perform the workouts. Are you ready for something different, something, well lets just be honest…something that will actually work for you? Are you one of the many many people that have started a workout routine only to hurt yourself or get discouraged at your inability to do Jump Burpee for 1 minute straight?
The fundamental difference between the 24 Minute Fit exercise program and other programs is functionality and the option to choose your fitness level. Most other fitness programs are A-One-Size-Fits-All, other programs are solely geared towards the insanity group, where if you can’t already do a jump squat, roll, handstand, tuck and jump move (yes I just made that up), then you will not be able to safely perform their exercises. You will either try their exercises, hurt yourself or become too discouraged by your lack of Spartan charisma. Those same programs emphasize their philosophies “Pain is weakness leaving the body,” or “No Pain, No Gain.”
Although, I am in love with these epic motivational workout quotes and they do have their place, but, instead we encourage you to listen to your body! We aim to teach you how to be functional, how to work up to and through the different workout levels, that’s why we give you options!
As the name states, this fitness level is all about the revival of your bodies original awesomeness. If you have ever questioned why you can’t jump, skip and scamper like you did when you were a kid, then this level is for you. This level emphasis the functionality of the body, if you sit for a living, have a hectic family life, and have little time to workout, we encourage you to try this level first.
If you have pain in your knees, back, neck, or literally anywhere, we help you engage and build a strong foundation. You should be able live your adult life with the resilience and agility of your childhood body.
With the Revive Level you can build up from one set of exercises (approximately 6-7 minutes up to the full 24 minutes. Life is about progress, and our 24 Minute Fit program encourages you to continue pushing past your perceived limitations. When an exercise becomes easy, move on to the next level of that specific workout!
If you dare you can even start with this level, but be prepared to literally, well . . . Tone It. This workout level utilizes heavier weights, more advanced positions, and faster paced dynamic (more explosive) exercises. So whatever your pleasure…join us to revive, tone, and build that perfect body that you deserve. Take back control of your life!
